I traveled to CA from FL to visit my son last year and decided to make an app at JCP to do my hair. I had to cancel the appointment and then I received a call from Lilia to check on me and offered to assist me any other time. Alvart has been doing my hair for almost 3 years now. I feel like there's nothing she can't do! For example, I'm a natural red head, so red has always been my go-to color. Red is tough, and every time she did my hair it looked so natural and I always got complimented. We took a “blonde journey” together all last year, I absolutely loved it…but I started to miss my red. How do you mess up a haircut that I asked for MEDIUM LENGTH below my chest. And you give me a short wolf cut that’s touching my shoulders. This is disappointing Anahit, I don’t know how you can mess up the length. Then you know what’s funny, you said that my mother said “oh cut her hair short” when my mother clearly didn’t say that. This is unacceptable of you to blame my mother of your poor memory. My mother said and I quote “cut my daughter hair MEDIUM LENGTH”. I’m never coming back again.
