Fantastic Experience! I had a great visit to the JCPenney Beauty Salon! The staff was friendly, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. My stylist did an amazing job—my hair has never looked better! The salon was clean, welcoming, and I left feeling refreshed and confident. Definitely coming back!
JCPenney at 377 S Mills Rd, Ventura, CA 93003, has the worst jewelry section ever! The female manager refused my return and was completely unprofessional. This store deserves to go out of business. Don’t waste your time here!
I like getting my hair done here but I'm not thrilled with the hidden charges. I wish the practice was not done with hidden costs. The hair dressers will say I'm going to do this to your hair which is code for I'm going to do this treatment & you'll be charged for it at checkout. I expect to pay one price & end up paying a whole lot more. Now I say, just cut & color, anything else I'm not paying for.
