Staff was great! Our stylist walked us through the whole experience listening to our questions and concerns. Was very professional and personable. My daughter left feeling confident. The color was a perfect match to what she wanted.

My son and I showed up for a hair cut at 6pm. We were informed by the woman at the front desk that she was closing early because she didn’t get to eat her dinner. I said, “Aren’t you open until 8pm?” She said “Yes. I can cut your son’s hair but make a later appointment for you.” This is ridiculous but par for the course with the younger generation. Other than a family emergency how is a business just closing two hours early because the employee didn’t eat dinner? Its no wonder this place has trouble making money.

Asked for curtain bangs and layers. Did not blend my layers. It looks like a wolf cut. I look dumb. Now i have to get my hair blended out. I swear she used a cutting hair at home hack and twisted the frnt strands. The front pieces won’t straighten and she also cut it too short. looks nothing like the pics i showed her. My confidence wa handedly destroyed in five minutes. I’m also not gonna be able to put my hair up for at least a month or I will look like will byers.

I came in to get a quick haircut and the stylist Jamie took me straight back and did a wonderful job. She made me feel very comfortable and she chatted with me the entire time. She’s very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend her. She made my hair look so much better and she was very sweet. She made me feel good about myself.
