This review is NOT about penny's the store but the photo studio. I love the store and would go back again and again. WELL DONE! I'm NOT suprised at all that they are renting the space and are really not part of JCPenny at all. Offal photography and Unprofessional! First the place was in utter chaos when we arrived.
