No one is ever available to do any hair. Not sure what happened to all the hairstylists that used to work there. Every time I go and ask for a certain hair style or service, no one knows how to do it. And I don't understand why they have salon hours if almost no one is working, present for their work shift, or if they just don't know how to do certain services. How did these people even pass the state board exams? Used to be my go to place years ago, but now I would not recommend it at all.

I would highly recommend no one getting their haircut here. I went and they messed my hair up and then I went back and it's okay at best. Basically they have amateurs in there and I just really wouldn't recommend going.

I scheduled an appointment at 12pm with Riley I arrived at 12pm I waited in line as the lady at the register helped another customer after she helped that customer she walked them over to the salon and never came back as if I was invisible. I sat there and waited for another 9 minutes thinking she would come back.
