Today was my first day attending this salon. I always had people recommending this place but I was so scared from a previous experience at a different salon that I was scared to. I faced my fear today and I’m so glad I did. They made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. Ana washed, blow dried, and trimmed my hair today. Michelle at the JC Penney Salon is amazing and truly saved the day! I had a photo shoot scheduled for a business headshot which is intended to be presented on a big screen at a national conference.
