Went to Fairlane salon. First of all there was a snow storm today and I didn't expect the stylist to be there but she was with the best attitude ever. I just wanted my hair to be cut, first at this salon and with Gail. She exceeded my expectations. Her years of professional experience showed. My reshape was what I anticipated and will return. A little pricey but worth it for sure if you seek perfection. I would highly recommend.
Poor customer service experience- Didn’t receive the haircut I wanted, I showed the stylist and she laughed and said that I made my hair sound complicated. Work area was not clean, there was hair all over the desk and overall was not friendly. The actual haircut was basic. But wouldn’t go back again.
Me and my friend went and they messed up our hair. We asked for a trim and they cut more than 3 inches. I’m devastated.
Super happy with the outcome of my hair, thanks to Sandra Espinosa!!!! I cannot get over how shiny, healthy and vibrant it looks! Don’t mean to brag but this was my very first time getting my hair cut & dyed professionally. I went into my appointment very nervous because I wasn’t 100%sure how I wanted my hair but I showed Sandra a picture of what I was thinking and she helped me a lot by picking out the right color for my hair. Better than great clips, they aren't timed like great clips and are basically the definition of mid. Haircuts are around $50. I wouldn't recommend getting some of the Indian native hairdressers. They seem a little impatient, I've seen some on there phones lookin like a bored 14 year old girl. Not that professional. But the white hairdressers are better, Alicia Gurule is goated.
