If 0 stars were an option. I allowed my son to go with his grandfather for a cut and he came home with the worse haircut, I had to shave it off! We asked for a simple comb over with a 1 or 2 on the sides and he came home with uneven lines and different sizes throughout his whole head. When I called, the receptionist knew exactly who the stylist was but when I spoke to the manager, she made me feel as if I shouldn’t have even called because I didn’t bring him back immediately.
