This was our first time at JC penney salon and we had the worst experience. Took my mother to this salon for her root touch up and told to the stylist to do color that matches with her usual shade. She messed up completely. Despite paying full money we don’t get the service we ask for. To fix this mistake she gave me another appointment for next day and that too was cancelled by salon itself saying stylist won’t be in today. If 0 stars were an option. I allowed my son to go with his grandfather for a cut and he came home with the worse haircut, I had to shave it off! We asked for a simple comb over with a 1 or 2 on the sides and he came home with uneven lines and different sizes throughout his whole head. When I called, the receptionist knew exactly who the stylist was but when I spoke to the manager, she made me feel as if I shouldn’t have even called because I didn’t bring him back immediately. Jcpenny salon is awesome especially Vega she's the best gives me alot of awesome hair advice to get my hair to grow back and it's helping. Thanks for all your help Vega
