Worst experience I’ve had at a salon. I walked-in for (2) hair treatments and a blowout. The treatments were an oleplex repair mask, and a Malibu clarifying treatment. I told the stylist that I had some hairspray and some gel buildup, and that I was planning to have my hair cut and colored the next day with my personal stylist because its was in a weakened state after an over-processing done about a year ago. My first visit to this salon was great. My stylist was Jarina Soto and she was fanastic! When I tried to book my second visit, she wasn't listed for the service I wanted so I booked with another stylist, Akilah Bey. I do NOT recommend booking with Akilah. She is extremely rude and unprofessional.

I asked for 4 inches off and she cut 12 inches off. I personally did not want and don't like short hair on myself.

Had a lovely experience yesterday getting my hair done . The place is friendly and my stylist was the best. They were on time and gave the best shampoo experience I’ve ever had. Plan to go back all the time for my crazy hair needs.
