Went to see Gretchen to have my hair fixed after a recent mishap. She was absolutely excellent. She communicated every step of the way, showed me how I can style my hair, and was incredibly nice. I went in hating my hair incredibly bummed with how it looked and left feeling like a new woman! 10 out of 10 recommend Gretchen at JCPenny salon.
Devastated is an understatement. Going on vacation in 2 weeks. I haven’t had my hair cut at salon in over a decade and was extremely excited to finally treat myself. Went in with a inspo picture. I left with a botched hair cut. My hair was belly button length now it has choppy layers and doesn’t even look like I have bangs and is so short(above shoulders) I don’t think I can even fix it nor do I have money to go to another salon. My boyfriend goes here for his hair cuts. Karen always does such a nice job which I’m incredibly grateful for because I have to look at him every day haha. Everyone here is nice and it’s it’s reasonably priced
I have been going to see Gretchen for years. The first time I got in her chair, I needed a change but had no idea what color/styles look good. I put it in her hands and let me say…her ability with color and highlights is astounding. I keep coming back to her for so many reasons (not just because I get so many compliments on my hair.)
