The workers there are beyond nasty. Photographer is sassy and possibly nice depending on the day and how nice you are to him . You have to do what he says and you have no choices in background. I said we just needed pictures of the group together and he literally said out loud “ well we do everyone individual as a sales technique”. But for what? I know what I came here for ! I had a 1230 appointment for a pet photoshoot at the JCPenney in Newport Centre. The lady there (I wish I took her name down) told me that I had to take a photo with my pet. There are literally photos on the site of just dogs by themselves and there was actually a photo behind her of a pet alone. I really believe they would just rather not do their job. I cancelled my appointment. Worst experience. Thank God I actually have my own photographer for my dog, I just thought JCPenney would be more convenient and affordable but I ... read more

JCPenney Portraits here is a letdown. We were scheduled for 7:30pm, didn’t actually start taking photos till 7:45ish, which was annoying, but alright as I needed to grab an item beforehand. I did return 7:35pm, but we still had to wait about 10 minutes, I let it go as I thought we were getting a good deal with their membership.
