Have been coming here for almost ten years to get my kids’ birthday portraits. Pedro is the best photographer and works well with children. I’ve loved all my pictures and have great memories as my kids grew older. They’re a bit pricey but the quality is good.

The photographer Ronisha happen to be the rudest photographer I ever delt with.. I been talking my kids pictures in JCPenney since my daughter was born 19 years ago! Never have I ever had a bad experience!! She was very rude and very unprofessional! I don’t think I am going to be doing my family Portraits with JCPenney any more.

It's March 29 2pm, lady I spoke to with a real attitude simply asking a question about the Easter bunny and family pics before hanging up on me I can hear her cursing in the background, im sorry it's not my fault u hate your job and get paid 10 dollars an hour

Reading some of these other reviews is pretty wild and it's kind of sad that they didn't get the experience I had w my sister and her kids. The photographer was Professional, Sweet, Patient, and Kind! I wanted to make this review in case someone out there wants to give them a shot, as we did, and get great memories and a good time. Thanks Pedro for a wonderful photo shoot and sesh!

We had a wonderful holiday photo session with Pedro and Ronisha! They were both so professional, patient, and kind to our 2 year old. Throughout the session, Pedro instructed us on how to adjust our body positioning, and took the time to fix cosmetic issue such as strands of hair that would be seen in the photos. A great experience overall!
