Terrible terrible terrible. I really hope this review saves anyone from wasting their money on this absolutely horrible service. The staff know their way around the Groupons, read all the fine print carefully, it’s absolutely not worth it. They won’t let you pick poses. They don’t allow outfit changes. They give you 15 mins and rush you through the process. You can only select the first 4 photos, so whatever group pose they pushed you to take, that’s what you get. Do not waste your money at this location. Especially with pedro unprofessional. He took us garbage photos and he should refund all that money. With attitude and tried to send us to the bathroom for exchanging clothes. First time in my life to experience that kind of garbage photo shooting
The workers there are beyond nasty. Photographer is sassy and possibly nice depending on the day and how nice you are to him . You have to do what he says and you have no choices in background. I said we just needed pictures of the group together and he literally said out loud “ well we do everyone individual as a sales technique”. But for what? I know what I came here for ! I had a 1230 appointment for a pet photoshoot at the JCPenney in Newport Centre. The lady there (I wish I took her name down) told me that I had to take a photo with my pet. There are literally photos on the site of just dogs by themselves and there was actually a photo behind her of a pet alone. I really believe they would just rather not do their job. I cancelled my appointment. Worst experience. Thank God I actually have my own photographer for my dog, I just thought JCPenney would be more convenient and affordable but I ... read more
