I had a 1230 appointment for a pet photoshoot at the JCPenney in Newport Centre. The lady there (I wish I took her name down) told me that I had to take a photo with my pet. There are literally photos on the site of just dogs by themselves and there was actually a photo behind her of a pet alone. I really believe they would just rather not do their job. JCPenney Portraits here is a letdown. We were scheduled for 7:30pm, didn’t actually start taking photos till 7:45ish, which was annoying, but alright as I needed to grab an item beforehand. I did return 7:35pm, but we still had to wait about 10 minutes, I let it go as I thought we were getting a good deal with their membership. I almost didn’t come to this location because of the negative reviews, but I’m glad I did! The team here was talented, fun, and efficient. If you have a Groupon it’s a great deal.
