Cristin is adorable and perfect. The Marcella has a lot of areas where she can improve. They moved us to accommodate a larger party and shut us down when we attempted to make small talk. Made us feel like we were in the way of their (empty) business.
JCPenny Portrait Studio. Marcella was simply awful! She has no personality & she was down-right mean. Based on her sour attitude she created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. This caused us to be stressed for the pictures. Because of Marcella, instead of it being a fun and lighthearted session, it turned out awkward and our pictures were below average. Marcella needs lessons on customer service and kindness.
Kasie did an awesome job coordinating myself and my siblings for our group photos, she helped keep things fun and on schedule and had the best suggestions. I only wish I had taken more pictures lol
Every year my family and I come see Marcela for some awkward and corny family photos. She ALWAYS delivers! She’s super patient with us and our growing families. Not sure how she always manages to exceed in pulling off our vision, but she does it so well! The kids love her, we love her, and our Christmas cards are always the best. We look forward to seeing Marcela next year!
