10/10 experience! This was our first time doing the JCPenney Portraits and it was fantastic. Our photographer was Marcela and she was incredible! She made our session super fun and the photos were great!

Considering the busy season, there should be a limit of how many people you can do in a day. We took time out of our schedule and booked ahead of time. There was people with no appointments being placed ahead of us. They should have a policy for online appointments only or a limit of appointments per day. We arrived early and due to the amount of people, we had to leave. I was really looking forward to get some Christmas pictures for my mom. It’s been years since we have had a family photo shoot. There’s really no attention to detail. We were rushed and I got no photos of my baby smiling. Super disappointing

Marcela is an excellent photographer with a breadth of knowledge and experience not usually seen in the artist photography world. I called in to set an appointment and she coached me on what colors are best for the background provided, and how a tie looks nice in residency headshot photos. Then when it came time to take the pictures, she sat me down and coached me through the process while making sure I looked presentable and looked the best I could.
