I wish it was possible to take a look at your pictures to see whether they are good or not. We were fortunate to have a few family pictures that were nice. Our dog was the star though.
My family and I have chosen JCPenney Portraits many times to capture special moments, and we have always appreciated the professionalism and care provided. However, this recent visit was disappointing. We arrived for our appointment at 6:00 PM and waited approximately 10 minutes before starting the photo session. Kind and patient photographer, nice sets, relatively quick service. The only downfall was the sales person in the front. While reviewing the packages/options she misquoted the price for a much higher one two times and tried to have us pay double the amount per person for the sit in fee. I had to correct her and then she said yes sorry. This felt uncomfortable because packages are not cheap (300-500 dollars) and when making these decisions I would like to count on the sales person giving me the accurate prices.
I regret choosing JCPenney Portraits at Dadeland for our family holiday pictures. My expectations were modest, especially given previous experiences, but this visit was worse than I could have imagined. First, the facility was unbearably hot, as if the air conditioning wasn’t working. We were crammed into a small room with five people, making it very uncomfortable.
