Very disappointed with this location because I went with my daughters for family photos a few weeks ago and scheduled another appointment for the following week for my daughters to get sibling as well as individual photos, nevertheless I used Groupon because this was my 1st experience with JCPenney. Did not do a good job with the photoshoot and editing. Photos have not been cropped properly. Definitely overpriced for the kind of photos you get.

This was my first experience with JC Penny portraits and I was beyond disappointed. I had to reschedule my initial appointment because they were behind by two families and short staffed an I was not able to wait that long even though I had an appointment. At the second appointment we also ended up waiting but not as long. The lady helping us out was rushing to leave because we were the last appointment and I felt as though we were rushed through our options, she even forgot to put our names on the card. My friends and I just went to do a best friend Christmas photo shoot and had Nate as our photographer. When I say this was some of the most fun we’ve had together as a group doing something a little out of the “norm”, but that also was contributed to Nate and his comforting and energetic vibes he brought. If you want to capture some forever moments with your friends, significant others, family; go to this JCPenny and have Nate do it.

I love JCP photo . Nazir has taken our photos multiple times , he is great with littles . The entire staff is kind and patient. The process is easy and I always get my Christmas cards here. I would go back if I need it headshot or something else done but only have experience with Christmas photos. jCPenney photo is always professional and a great deal. for the negative reviews regarding the timing this is 100% due to people arriving late , Every year I see someone who is late holding up the line.
