Extremely Disappointing Experience — Poor Communication and Long Wait Our appointment was scheduled for 11:30 AM, but we didn’t get seen until 1:27 PM — nearly two hours later. The girl at the counter repeatedly told everyone the wait was only 30 minutes, but thankfully other customers were honest enough to warn each other that it was actually much longer. I had a lovely experience getting family portraits done at the end of January. We went on a Thursday morning and Linzie was our photographer and made it such a fun experience.
I was extremely disappointed, this was first and last experience with them. It was me and my girlfriend taking Christmas pictures together. The photographer talking our photos was not very transparent with us at all, she didn’t communicate with us either properly to let us know how we looked while taking the pictures and even not showing us at least one photo of us to make sure we looked somewhat presentable. This used to be a great place to go and despite having a 15 minute late policy they canceled my appointment at 5 10 I got the email to prove it. Waste of time
