I love Jcp photos. I’ve gone here for years for our families photo shoots! I’ve never had any issues. Sometimes Ive brought my own “props” most of the time I have not. They get us in and out and I always love my photos. Very professional. Do recommend.
Abby did not do a good job. It was rushed and didn’t have details on any bundles or coupons until I told her there was some for members Available. I have at least 3 photos that’s not useable or bad timing she took. Rushed through the checkout until I told her can you please go back I always get prints too. She did not show me the price bundles until I told her to bring me the paper with the bundles and prices she was referring to. Overall rushed experience and unusable photos when I just paid over $300. Kept talking over us ... read more
I had such a great experience at the JCPenney Photo Studio on 6/29! Michia was absolutely amazing. So kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She made me feel comfortable and really took her time to make sure everything turned out great. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend booking your photos here, especially with Michia!
We joined the photo club and go take pictures often now. It was a great decision!
