Horrible My family recently had our first-ever family photoshoot scheduled for 6:15 p.m., and it turned into a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were told that Corporate had overbooked the studio and our appointment would be delayed by an hour. No one contacted us in advance. Our session did not end until after 9:00 p.m. Because of this extreme delay, our 1-year-old child became overtired, hungry, and cranky, which negatively impacted the session.
