JCPenney Portraits always does an excellent job taking pictures. I've only been to the Jeffersonville location twice. First time, December of 2023 for Christmas pictures and yesterday Mar 2nd (my Bday is Mar 6th, so this was a gift to myself). Allison was my photographer both times and she is amazing with that camera. I'm sad to see this location closing. Thanks for all the great memories captured JCPenney Jeffersonville!
Every time we make an appointment here, we are told upon arrival that there are people in line in front of us. What is the point of making an appointment? They are always understaffed and running behind, which in turn results in a bad experience and less than great photos. This service is too expensive for such poor service.
