I have never been more disrespected as a human being. Not only did I pay for an expensive package I didn’t receive a single photo for a month. No photos for Christmas none for the new year. Not even a digital photo. Please go somewhere else. I called my bank to refund my money because they would only pay for a re shoot.
Customer service was horrible! Not to mention the long wait time even with appointment. Should’ve read the reviews before going there
Loved it , best customer service , brought my daughter & son to take some pictures for Christmas. Alexander was great , knew how to made my son smile & look directly into the camera. Her customer service was A1 experienced above average, knew how to explain the packages for the photos, and had patience to let me pick the photos I wanted to get. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

Where do I even start.. Tristan was awesome 🤩 and is very professional. He treated with respect and showed us different affordable options. I will highly recommend him to anyone who is look for a photo shoot to come and ask for Tristan.
