We booked an appointment for family photos and were disappointed with the overall experience. We arrived on time, completed the paperwork, selected a background, and waited about 10 minutes, which wasn’t an issue. However, two other customers arrived after us, and it appeared the studio was running behind. Our session felt extremely rushed and lasted no more than about seven minutes. Worst service ever! Timed reservations are useless. They will have you wait past your reservation for walk ins. The place is so filthy, stained chairs and the smell of They tried screwing me over by lying about lightning issues when in actuality they over booked themselves and didn't have time to change backgrounds?! I've filed a complaint with corporate and expect some type of compensation over this.
I visited the studio twice within one week, once with my daughter and again with my brothers and sisters and my mother. The photographer was highly professional, courteous, and skilled in directing poses. He made us feel welcome and at ease, even sharing jokes with my mother, who speaks only Spanish. He was patient and took the time to explain the pricing and packages in detail, ensuring that my mother and sisters felt comfortable throughout the process.
