I’ve only had good experiences here. I’ve taken my child here several times for school year photos instead of paying for the overpriced ones through the school where you get no say in the poses or messy hair. JCPenney staff are always really courteous and make my child with Autism feel comfortable. They are patient with kids and knowledgeable about what works and looks good. They offer great coupons and deals throughout the year. The photos I’ve had done here have all been much better than the school ones.

Leah was incredibly helpful, understanding, and caring for my family holiday photos. I saw her give great care to the family and customer before me. She was patient with my toddlers when they were not cooperating. Our photos came out incredible and we are happy with our experience. I recommend booking during the week and not waiting last minute before the holidays.

Very disappointed!!!! 😞I was scheduled for my Very 1st family portraits today. & when I show up to my appointment they tell me they're closing early [2pm]. I asked even though I have an appointment?[1:30pm] The woman then replied is cause we still have to pick a background set up takes 15mins then we have to shoot then review & edit but we're closing early so can I reschedule you for another time. This was my 1st family portraits we were all dressed up. Why schedule appointments if you can't accommodate them. Not a great ex... read more

It is the worst place for photos, they are always in a hurry and ugly and blurry photos, and apart from that, they are expensive and ugly.
