Was unhappy with one photo (the family photo of all of us and the most important). Asked to retake the single photo and was told we would have to wait around with 2 small children to MAYBE get a chance to retake one photo if a whole appointment didnt show up.

We went here today for an 80’s cringe photoshoot. Athena and Jade were WONDERFUL to work with! We had lots of fun, the photos were amazing and it went by quickly. Thank you both so much for a positive experience!

My family has had our portraits taken here twice a year for over a decade by Brooke and always had a fantastic experience. She was always so patient with our kids, and got us in and out in a timely manner. The portraits deck our walls and get so many compliments. I took the family in for portraits last week to find the studio under new management and proceeded to wait 45 minutes in the waiting area for an appointment I'd had for days. I called to ask if Brooke still worked there which I was told she does not anymore. She always did a great jobs on our photos. I asked the girl what the earliest and latest appointment was for the following day, she told me earliest opening was at 12pm and last opening available that day was at 6pm. Had to check my schedule, went online to book and it showed 11:15am as the earliest opening for that day at 6:30pm for the latest. DONT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! IT MAKES YOU SEEM LAZY, PATHETIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
