We've had 2 photo sessions here. Everyone is always very attentive and kind. They know the poses to do and are very patient with kids. We love our photos!
Wonderful service and very accommodating with the portrait requests. Highly recommend.
I will never book a session at this conniving location ever again. When we checked in for our appointment, APRIL had a slight attitude. She asked how many people were in the shoot. I stated 7. She continues to start counting the amount of people like it was a lie. We then asked about the Groupon order that we purchased , which she said they did honor. The problem here is that is was stated that we purchased it the same day and she said it had to be purchased greater than 24 hours or IT WOULD NOT WORK! I didn’t see anything a... read more
Was charged $20 over the price we were told it would be and had to wait 30 min even though last year we couldn't have photos taken because we were 5 min late due to waiting in their line!
