Waited for an hour and still not in to have pics made with our grandchildren. Our 16 month old granddaughter wanted to play with the kid’s toys, but they were too filthy. Wouldn’t recommend!
our appointment time was 3:30p and we were not seen until about 4:25p. We had an infant with us so the wait was not pleasant. We also had Santa photos in the mall scheduled for 4:15p which we were extremely late to and had to wait in line since we missed our reservation time. We also missed our dinner reservations.
