Disappointed. “Photographer” did not interact with the kids getting photographed. Took only 12 photos. Would not take candid photos when asked. No personality. Would not recommend.

Waste of time and money. Wait time was super long for pictures to be taken (was not at our scheduled time) and to pick our photos at the end. The photos themselves were not great either - clips on the drapes were seen in the backgrounds (they told us we could just crop them out ourselves), some images were blurry, they selected pictures of us where not everyone was smiling/had their eyes open, etc. The picture taking part of the session was rushed and unorganized (our photographer left mid session and gave the camera to a ra... read more

Jake was a shining star. We scheduled a funny awkward photo shoot and he NAILED it. I got 2 groupons for Christmas cards- one for me and a friend and one for me and my partner. I scheduled one at a different JCpennys and they didn’t quite get the vibe- they kept trying to do a cutesy funny shoot and seemed a little awkward anytime we wanted to do something strange.
