This place is very disappointing. Though we had fixed our hair at home, one of us had several stray hairs dropping over the forehead during the sitting. A true professional would've noticed and had us retouch it before taking photos instead of just taking snapshots like a family would with a phone. Our options for photos of sizes we desire were limited since the photographer took them too tight. We were disappointed with our portrait session at Ross park mall JcPenney Portaits. The final photos were poorly cropped and not clear. The photographer didn’t point out that my dad’s shirt was untidy, and one of my son’s eyes were closed in several shots. When we asked for a retake, we were told to pay an extra $25 because the session took “longer.” Overall the experience and final images did not match what we paid for.

Disappointed. “Photographer” did not interact with the kids getting photographed. Took only 12 photos. Would not take candid photos when asked. No personality. Would not recommend.
