Wasted our time here and did not even get our family portrait taken. I scheduled a pet portrait with the family 2 weeks in advance. Then I get a call a week later from JCPenny Portraits saying we can only do pet portraits at the end of the day. Since my daughter is leaving for overseas, we opted to keep the schedule but without our pet. Day came and we arrived 30 minutes early (at 2PM). Worst Photographer Ever!!! Terrible!!! Did not take any time! Had useless props! Kids bought pics as baby's first Christmas. I am Great Grandma so have a lot of experience. This was the worst ever! I always took my babies to Pennys for their special Photos. Always beautiful and Pleased. This was a very expensive joke! Horrible experience! Rushed our photo shoot and started late! Do not recommend this location, manager seems unable to manage schedule and quality of work that’s being done in her store . Thankfully I will calling the district manager
