Took my daughters here for my 4 year olds birthday photo. I received about 9 photos for 160$. The photographer took photos that were not included in the 12 photos in total. Some were duplicates that were “enhanced”. The spot where they take photos is open to everyone in the waiting room, so there were distractions and the girls were not comfortable at all. By far, this was the worst experience.
I was a bit disappointed with the experience. They only took a few pictures, and the process felt rushed. Additionally, there was no private space, which affected the overall comfort of the session.
The JC Penny Portrait studio was a marvelous experience. As a Realtor, I needed new headshots for work. I wanted a very specific look. The photographer, Krystal, helped me get just the look I was hoping to achieve. Oddly enough, Penny’s Portrait studios didn’t have a solid black background. In fact, their backgrounds seemed dated and boring. Krystal found a black tablecloth that did just the trick. I also don’t smile big without reason. Very disappointed with the photo shoot for Caitlin. No full body picture. No good ones with the basketballs. Very disappointed
Amazing as always Crystal was amazing with us our daughter is 21 months and full of energy and we love the pictures she did totally amazing we always go there for our Christmas pictures and will continue the tradition I highly recommend if you need photos done give them the pleasure and opportunity to make them great for you
