Carol, in the Erie PA studio, was amazing! She did so well capturing the cutest photos of my son for his first birthday photo shoot! I would definitely recommend others go and see her! We would definitely go back for future sessions!
Carol did a phenomenal job at keeping my active toddler on task with smiling and posing during the shoot. She worked well with my toddler making up their own poses and really was complimenting the toddler to make her feel confident. The photographer Carol was playful with my toddler to help ease them into warming up and smiling. We will be returning as the pictures turned out great! The staff were nice and the pictures turned out good. Though it's very expensive and they will try to up sale you as much as they can. They also asked if I had a coupon which I did not, but on the way out we seen coupons which would have greatly helped out our young family. I guess it's our fault we didn't see the coupons, but it would have been so nice if someone could have given us a heads up. Probably not something we will do again. The experience we had yesterday was disappointing to say the least. Our photographer was very rushed and unpleasant. Mind you, we were 10 minutes early for our appointment. She took one single photo for each pose, and was done within less than 10 minutes. She was rude, and yelled at my husband. She was very impatient with my autistic 9 year old who would not smile for her on cue, after I had explained solutions to which she completely ignored.
