Cancelled our session same day with no explanation beyond “technical difficulties”. No attempt at accommodation just go online and rebook. Cannot in good faith recommend.
I've tried this two times, the first time the wait time was hour and half after appointment time and the lady that helped us wasn't very nice. The second time we showed up 15mims early and waited 2 hours after the appointment time. I feel for the workers on busy days but they shouldn't book as many sessions if they can't keep up with work load. Terrible experience 0/10.
Had a 5pm appointment, got there early, told we were next and it's 45 minute wait, waited 2 hours, mean while another group went ahead of us and were told it's another 15 minutes. This was a nightmare. 0/10 don't recommend
