The staff are good people they ask about your prescription and base on that they help you to find your frames, for this point everything good, i when to see some frames on the same day i did my vision exam 24 saturday,2020 and they told you they gonna take 10 bisness day for your glasses 👓 be ready, so I called on the next Saturday but it was to early to call that was my mistake so they remembered me that it takes 10 days so they told me call the 4th November that probably be ready, so I call the 4th and they told me that g... read more
Absolutely terrible! The people are wonderful but the glasses are horrible. Neither my husband nor my prescriptions are right. My husband is wearing his old glasses. Ticks me off that we spent around $1000 and don't have functional glasses. My left lens is wrong and isn't even set in the frames correctly (there is a gap at the top of the left lens between the lens and the frame). Just TERRIBLE. My husband already went once to get his fixed...they had the wrong prescription but his still are wrong. It isn't easy for us to kee... read more
Friendly staff, appointment was quick and painless. Should have looked into it more because they told me 10-14 days to get my glasses, whereas a place with an on-site lab like Lenscrafters will have them ready in an hour or so
