Extremely rude , racist, staff you to get insulted and did respect
This was my first experience getting glasses and Phil was great. Phil was very professional and knowledgeable. Phil and the the other employees were also so helpful when picking out frames that fit my style. Thank you Phil and JCP optical.
I have been using JCPenney Optical at Crossgates Mall in Albany for years and have been impressed with their service. The optician, Phil, is a magician when it comes to fixing glasses. I climbed Mt. Marcy a few years ago and my glasses ended up becoming twisted/broken out of shape. Phil was able to repair them! Whenever I need an adjustment, he is more than willing to do so with a smile. A five-star employee if there ever was one!
My wife and I have been going to JC Penny Optical for years. The service is great. Phil has been very friendly and helpful. He is the reason we come back.
