I've been getting my eyes examined here for some years now and I absolutely love the friendliness and the care and professionalism I get from both the doc and sales staff every time. Very awesome people!
I did not get my eyes examined there, just got my glasses. Had a few problems, had nothing to do with Penney’s. The woman that fits your glasses was super! Her name is Shamone. She is helpful, patient, and VERY nice! She made sure I got the best glasses for my face, and that they fit as they should. Very professional and friendly. JCPenney has a real gem in her.
A shout out to JC Penny Optical in NILES OHIO!! Dr Bobechko took quality time and exam ( EXCELLENT!) and now for the first time, in years, I CAN FINALLY SEE!!! Sharese ( girl who measured me for the lenses) was also EXCELLENT!! Measured everything accurately and per my request for “lower reading placement”! She also fitted my glasses really well!!! Both are really awesome people!!
