A shout out to JC Penny Optical in NILES OHIO!! Dr Bobechko took quality time and exam ( EXCELLENT!) and now for the first time, in years, I CAN FINALLY SEE!!! Sharese ( girl who measured me for the lenses) was also EXCELLENT!! Measured everything accurately and per my request for “lower reading placement”! She also fitted my glasses really well!!! Both are really awesome people!!
Friendly staff. They will call to remind you of your annual exam to set up an appointment. Ophthalmologist is a proud father and has his office walls covered with his children's photos.
Doesn't return calls, not open on Thursdays too. Very slow at getting glasses. Recommend a one hour store.
