I received my glasses and they are fine! It did take three weeks but it was fine! Love them!
Three weeks, still no glasses. An excuse everytime I call and a promise to get a call back. Never a call. I seriously think she forgot to order them. Ordered 4 pair. At first, two pair were in finishing. Hmmmm. A week later, "oh the box just arrived. I haven't had time to go through it yet". Was told she would call back. I told her she promised that the other times I called but never did. She promised. Guess what, NO CALL. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere.
I've gotten my glasses there for years. I've only had one issue and they corrected it with no problem.
Excellent experience first time getting glasses on my own and the doctor was extremely helpfull and nice and they made sure to answer all my questions and give me the best price possible
Dr. was very nice and the lady who helped me was also very nice. The ony thing is, when I call no one ever answers the phone. I was told that I would get an email with everything I needed to do to get reimbursed for my payment, but yet nothing yet. I can't ahold of anyone to let me know that the information was submitted to EyeMed.
