Defensive Hair Stylist I like JCPenny salons because they are affordable and easily work around my schedule. I had an ok experience when I went to the Lombard location. Everything was going well until I saw the color and asked for a couple more foils to be added. The stylist was very offended and proceeded to be defensive about my request. The stylist did a great job finishing my color. I was confused about the defensive attitude and will not be returning to this location.
I love this salon! JC Penny salon is very professional and not to mention conveniently located in the Yorktown Mall! I have had my hair cut, colored, and permed there and each time I left more that satisfied with how my hair was! The stylist are friendly, well educated, and there to meet your personal needs. Would definitely recommend it!
Experience with JCPenney Salon I have received cuts, colors and styles from this businesses. The personal experience was great. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I enjoyed the experience. I would hands down recommend them!!!
