I have been extremely unsatisfied with the service and my glasses in general. I got a call saying my glasses were in. I drove to the store at least four times during the hours that they were supposed to be open only to find out that no one was there to help me. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Twice I have driven nearly 70 miles to this facility only to find it closed during posted business hours. Just lost a 10+ year customer. This past year, the service at this facility has dramatically droppped.
