I decided to use this optical since the McAllen store is being remodeled. Worst experience! I've had to return glasses 3 times and about to go on my 4th. Lenses pop out or aren't cut to correctly fit the frames. I spent $500 on 3 pairs. Worst decision ever. I NEVER had problems with Fred in McAllen.
