While traveling for work I broke my glasses coming into Chicago and hadn't packed my contacts. I was half blind my first day in town and was starting to get a terrible migraine. While having lunch with a colleague I noticed a JCPenney at the mall across the street with an optical center. I will only see Dr Troutman, he truely cares about his patients. He takes his time to get it right. His assistant Tina has been there a long time, she helped me find glasses I truely love. I am very indecisive and she was very patient with me. Felt happy leaving know I received the Best Care! I highly recommend you giving them a try! Donna
