Friends, just want to make you aware of the horrible business practices at JCPenney optical store in Port Charlotte. Have been a customer there for few a years now but that is over now. If you bring your own brand new frame (due to their lack of options in store) and order glasses for over $600.00, they will warrant their product only for 30 days. This is unacceptable!! So next time you need new glasses, choose your service provider wisely! Feeling bad for the great team working at this place, very unfortunate...

I suggest this specific JCPenney Optical update their hours to the correct ones because Google gives the incorrect hours when your website is searched. Miscommunication never brings success.

Horrible experience!!!! The lady told us they took our insurance and the doctor was an independent doctor and we were not told that. I got the 2 for $99.99 and one pair of my glasses was the wrong prescription. So I had to wait 2 weeks and go back to get them and yep... wrong prescription again!! So here it is 2 weeks and I still do not have my glasses. JCPenney said they would compensate us $60-$70 compared to if they would have been honest and the insurance would cover.
