Never going back here again. Apparently have had the wrong prescription for a year and never realized it until I had to go to Lenscrafters because it's in my insurance network.
I am so happy with the help I received from the manager, Jen. I had an issue that she fixed with excellent help and speed! She was so personable and answered my questions on frames and lenses so informatively. I will be sure to always come back here.

Went back for the 3rd set of the same frames on Thursday and a sign was up "be back @3:45. Went back 3 times and finally called store mngr, he had not a clue. The first set I purcased needed the glass put back in the frame and I was informed I had received a refund. Don't think so, I have them here. Turns out an employee had shown a refund on the books and stole the money. Told the mngr they were giving JCP a bad rep as they are NOT actually owned or controlled by JCP.
