Sign said technician would return at 2:45 and no one came. I bought glasses last year and had problems with erratic closings. Would recommend JC Penney post accurate times they will be open
Went in April of 2024 for frames. I was told to pick them up in June by phone message. Went in they where closed at 11:00. Continued to pick up and always a note saying they were closed. I finally was able to pick up my glasses in late September, not by the optical department but through management at JCP. So they were never fitted. When I came home the lenses were incorrectly bored. Diana at the Oak Park Store is the best of the best. People orientated, friendly, always willing to help. Absolutely the best.
