great clothes Great for evening dresses! I got 2 evening dresses from here...one in black color and teh other in mauve... amazing cuts and fitting... and at great prices too!!!
Customer Service Customer service was poor today in the home store. I called to check on an item and the person on the phone didn't even go check for me. I realize that I wasn't in the store, but still I am a Penney's customer and their response impacts if I will make it unto the store or not.
J C Penny I usually only shop here over the holidays and the store seems to be a huge mess most of the time. They do have some really good sales a couple times a year. Check out always seems slow too.
