Came and no one was there in the entire optical shop. Called and the phone rang. A sign said “be back in ten minutes” but no indication of time: I waited longer than that and no one came. Will not be back, not very professional and VERY unsecure for a business.
Got my prescription for glasses then got great deal at JCP optical, 2 frames for $99. Wish i would've gotten exam done there also. I would have saved another $30.
They always have great deals nice professional staff only 3 stars because they only have one person in the checking in desk and they are always busy
Great customer service. I had a great experience and recommend them to anyone needing glasses.
