took my mom today for glasses. Shelly was rude from the minute we walked up to the entrance. She said ONLY my mom could enter the vision center. I explained that my mom was visually impaired and needed help finding frames. She still refused, saying that you can't be impaired and wear glasses. I said I would go in and pick out frames for her and she refused, saying I wasn't the patient. Terrible experience. Prescription was mixed up multiple times and given the excuse that they wanted to "Test out a different prescription to see how this goes" - when it was clear it was not the prescription that I currently held. Overall bad experience. Time and money wasted and if you can - save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Dr Patton is great. Get your exam here and take your prescription elsewhere. Other employees will leave you sitting or just stop helping you to help someone who came in after you. They couldn't figure out my rx and told me if I go someplace else they can calculate the formula for me (computer vs reading). Respect for customers is non-existent. Buy your glasses elsewhere. If you do choose to buy here, be sure to read the warranty. My frames broke, the arm could not be replaced, and it was not under warranty. Only a few months... read more
RecommendedDr Morris is absolutley wonderful ! the staff is great too! Anna was so helpful, as well as the other sweet girl (I forgot her name ) Dr Morris did very thorough exam on my eyes and is so nice. I got a great deal on my glasses too.
