Desde el mes de Marzo visite y me atendi con el Dr en la optica y mande hacer los Lentes de Montura y formula el monto solo de los Lentes 580 $ ..!! Lame y fui varies veces y la ultimate vez me prometieron llamarme x telefono..!! No lo puse en Duda por que tengo anos haciendo mis Lentes con ustedes…!! Poor Quality and Overpriced- The quality of the glasses is terrible. The technical work to center the focus on the lenses is completely unreliable. They sent my glasses to the lab for corrections three times, but either they never actually sent them and lied, or they simply don’t know how to do the job. I spent $600 on two pairs of glasses—far more expensive than other options. Previously, I had my glasses made at American Best for a much better price and excellent quality. Unfortunately, I’m having a very frustrating experience with JC Penny Optical. I’ve been going for years, both to get prescriptions and order contacts. I placed my contact order well over a month ago, and still have not gotten it when it usual takes 2 weeks max. I keep getting told that it’ll be next week or in a few days, and “we’ll call.” I just called and they said they don’t have a status on the order.
