I’ve been coming to the salon for almost 2 years now when I was looking at getting new extensions. Daniella is very knowledgeable, attentive to details and overall amazing at the IBE installations and my experience every appointment is great. All the staff is welcoming and make my appointment enjoyable.

I came to J & Co for my wedding extensions. While I was happy with the results, the owner Jenny has made the experience very stressful and off putting. They had offered to store my extensions for me and then sent a text that I needed to come pick them up. I had bronchitis at the time so when I messaged them a few weeks later saying I could come pick them up they said they no longer had my hair. Chanced upon J&Co earlier in the year and really lucked out. My mid-length hair is stubborn and i put a decent effort into styling it a particular way. So was incredibly happy to have found this studio and Daniela, who's just a consummate professional and understood precisely what i was saying (somehow). From there, it's dialogue - seeing what you like better, or sticking with what you're familiar with, etc, and Daniela makes that conversation easy for someone like me without the vocabulary.
