JCN Construction did an outstanding job providing much needed structural reinforcement to our existing farmer’s porch. Their work included: 1. Removing the existing lattice. 2. Making footings for new posts. 3. Placing posts with base metal on all footings to support the deck. 4. Installing a beam under the entire deck. 5. Redoing the framing around the deck. 6. Jose and the team at JCN Construction are awesome! They tore down an old wooden deck/stairs and replaced it with a new composite deck with black aluminum railings and drink rail that matched the decking material. They also replaced an old double-window/door that leads out to the deck with a slider. Everything came out awesome!
