They’ve accepted my second form of insurance the last two times I’ve been here and have worked with me so I could be seen but this time the lady at the desk was not helpful and have charged me bc they don’t want to talk to the doctor and actually work with me

Nobody likes to do the infamous lady checks but Cortny at this place is fabulous alongside the rest of her team... thank you ladies for taking the time and understanding for us girls 😉 keep being wonderful!
Front desk has hung up on my every time I've called. Ridiculous.
