I would give this facilities office staff negative stars if it were possible. We’re from the state of California and are traveling with our grandchildren To visit family in Missouri. Our grandson has been sick and his mother really wanted us to get him checked out. We stopped here, they refused to see us because we’re from out of state. Does your staff know the meaning of urgent care? Do they not even care about customer service? The office staff was absolutely rude and inconsiderate to my wife. Service has consistently declined in the years I've been taking my children here. The doctors are constantly changing so there's no chance of a healthy relationship for the children. Too many of them shouldn't be in this field. Do yourself a favor and avoid traumatizing your children. STAY AWAY!
I want to leave 0 stars. How do you get blood from a 7 year old that has been neglected, abused, put in foster care and suffers from ptsd? I don't know. Evidently none of the staff at this clinic knows or cares. I thought GOLDHAMMER did, but hey, she's leaving so why put forth the time and effort. I do know, you don't send them to labs where a scary person with no experience with trauma comes at the child with a needle. You don't expect the guardians to hold the child down.
