Went to see Dr. Snyder for shoulder pain. MRI shows torn rotator cuff. Dr. Snyder was great, he referred me to Dr. Middlemist (the shoulder surgeon) and that is where everything went down hill. Met with him 10/1/2025 at 8:30 and he talked the good talk about the surgery. He said that his nurse (she was in the room also) would call me to set up the surgery. Horrible office manager! And horrible staff member that answered the phone! Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional! Didn’t listen to me at all! They said I needed to take my son to the ER which I said I had already taken him to the Er and they said he needed to see an orthopedic specialist. Then she responded by saying just a second I need to talk to the office manager. Then came back to the phone and said he needs to go to the ER. Awful awful terrible awful!! These people have no clue what they’re doing!
