I am compelled to update my previous positive review of JCMC due to the disheartening and consistent breakdown in communication I have experienced over the past seven months. Benny Pollard Fantastic caring staff always prettiest and helpful (even when it’s really busy) Dr. Schmidt can reminds me of an old country doctor (But all the sophistication & techniques the 21st Century doctor has) He really listens to your concerns & always has your best interest at heart. This place is a complete clown show. The billing department is a mess. If you have more than one family member that visits this doctors office beware. If there is any balance left over, their billing system handles balances terribly. You will most certainly be sent to collections EVEN IF you pay off the balance. I was told by one of the doctors that they were even sent to collections by their own billing department.
