I am compelled to update my previous positive review of JCMC due to the disheartening and consistent breakdown in communication I have experienced over the past seven months. The primary issue I wish to address is the alarming decline in communication within the JCMC office. Attempts to communicate through the patient portal have proven futile as messages go unanswered, leaving me in the dark about essential matters. Dr. Nicole Aristy is amazing. I am a foster parent and she has been my children’s doctor for years. She is so kind loving and very knowledgeable of children’s health. All of the staff at JCMC are happy, kind, flexible and treat each child so friendly and kind. My children love the play rooms too. 🙂
