Had a timing belt kit done 50.000 ago and now water pump is blown out. Called them and obviously warranty is due, asked them if they could at least give me a quote to replace it and they said that they don’t take new clients. My landruiser is not a new client, it has been serviced in that garage for many times. Now I have to spend $1,400 to replace the whole kit and they don’t even give me a quote as they embarrassed or afraid? Let’s see what fair trade has to say of all of this. James and Catrina are wonderful to deal with. James is very knowledgeable and gives a no nonsense response when asked. I have been having all my vehicle serviced, modified and repaired by them for over ten years now and are very satisfied with the work and attention given. I thoroughly recommend JCM Mechanical.
