Had a timing belt kit done 50.000 ago and now water pump is blown out. Called them and obviously warranty is due, asked them if they could at least give me a quote to replace it and they said that they don’t take new clients. My landruiser is not a new client, it has been serviced in that garage for many times. Now I have to spend $1,400 to replace the whole kit and they don’t even give me a quote as they embarrassed or afraid? Let’s see what fair trade has to say of all of this.
