This company was horrible. They first quoted me a price that was the same as several other contractors. They said they couldn't get me a rebate, but the owner of JCM swore he would get me a rebate. I gave hime the business based on the rebate. Well, in the end I was unable to get the rebate promised. Then shortly after the install, My one unit was overflowing with condensation into my living room. They came back and said my AC unit was clogged and dirty. We have used JCM a few times during the remodeling of our home. Every single time, every single person that comes to the house from JCM Electric is super friendly, hard working, and they make sure that they finish the job the correct way! Customer service is so hard to find these days, but JCM never disappoints! Thanks guys for the great work!
